Chelsea Faso, MD is an Attending Family Medicine Physician and Faculty at the Institute for Family Health in NYC. She is also an abortion provider and trainer at Planned Parenthood Greater New York. She completed a Reproductive Health and Advocacy fellowship with the Reproductive Health Access Project at the Institute for Family Health in Harlem. She also completed the Leadership Training Academy Fellowship with Physicians for Reproductive Health. She serves on the Advocacy Commission for the New York State Academy of Family Physicians. She studied biomedical education at the Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education (CUNY Med), completed medical school at NYU School of Medicine, and residency in family medicine at Montefiore Medical Center.
